About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT Tugur Dipta Parama'. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our high-quality engineering products and solutions to clients across the Cisauk Banten region. This is a full-time position based in our office in BSD City, Tangerang. What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their engineering needs and requirements Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients to promote our engineering solutions Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized offerings that meet client specifications Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent post-sales support Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the engineering industry Proven track record of successfully identifying, nurturing and closing sales opportunities Strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into client-friendly solutions Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Proficient in using sales tools to manage the sales pipeline Willingness to travel domestic and international Actively in communicating verbal and written in English What we offer
