Job Description
Assist Head/Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations (non-halal section).
Supervise food preparation, cooking, plating, and quality control.
Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed.
Manage kitchen workflow during service to maintain speed and consistency.
Monitor stock, ingredient quality, and support ordering needs.
Handle non-halal ingredients (e.g., pork based) and prevent cross-contamination.
Train and guide kitchen staff to meet kitchen standards.
Requirements
Minimum
2–3 years
experience as
Cook
/
Sous Chef
/
Chef de Partie .
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating.
Experienced in handling
non-halal ingredients
and kitchen SOPs.
Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and in shifts.
Knowledge of
hygiene & food safety .
