Monitor team performance, address issues, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
Develop strategies and initiatives to improve team output and results.
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to team members.
Prepare and present performance and progress reports to management on a regular basis.
Conduct regular check-ins, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
Ensure accurate reporting and high-quality results from the team.
Identify referral opportunities from the provided database.
Achieve the targets set by the company consistently.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferably experienced in both inbound and outbound telemarketing for a minimum of 1 years, particularly in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong target and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Fast learner and highly adaptable to new processes and challenges.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
Prior experience in the education or service industry is highly preferred.
