Supervisor Maintenance Engineering

Qualifications

Minimum D3/D4 (Diploma) in Electrical Engineering (Power/Current), Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.

Minimum 4–5 years of work experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) or related technical fields.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory/leadership position (such as Supervisor or Senior Engineer) in M&E, Facility Management, or Building Services.

Strong practical and theoretical understanding of:

Electrical:

Strong/Low Current electrical installations, distribution systems, generators, transformers, electrical panels, control systems, and lighting.

Mechanical:

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)/AHU (Air Handling Unit), pump systems, piping, plumbing (clean water, wastewater, sewage), and Fire Protection Systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler).

English proficiency (spoken and written) for technical correspondence.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD), technical specifications, and M&E contract documents.

Knowledge of and compliance with occupational safety standards (K3) as well as applicable building regulations/codes (e.g., SNI).

Ability to plan, supervise, and report on preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM & CM) related to Mechanical & Electrical.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and administrative tasks.

Open minded, honest, hands on mentality – open and willing to learn new production methods in agronomy/horticulture.

Leader mentality, enjoys working with people and leading people.

Disciplined, persistent, strong willingness to learn and develop.
