Personal Assistant to Senior Management & Office Manager

Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for the President Director.
Arrange meetings and appointments with accurate time management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Take meeting minutes and keep accurate records.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including documents and visas.
Maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
Diploma degree in Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as secretary to President Director, preferably with exposure to working with expatriates.
Must possess excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong organization and time management skills.
Able to work with confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
