Warehouse Manager

Qualifications: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry. • Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, and stock accuracy procedures. • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing warehouse teams. • Solid analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. • Familiarity with HSE standards and best practices in warehouse safety. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics systems. • Willing to be placed in Pulo Gadung or Cikarang.

Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch. • Maintain high accuracy of stock levels through effective inventory control and regular cycle counts/stock takes. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and item layout optimization. • Enforce warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. • Lead and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and performance targets. • Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Transport teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation and maintenance. • Prepare routine reports on inventory status, stock movement, operational performance, and aging stock.
