Our client is a Japanese Consulting company. Currently, they are looking for
Customer Relationship Management Senior Consultant .
Job Responsibilities
Be part of the consulting team and deliver projects that enhance clientsโ customer relationship management strategy, helping them build stronger customer engagement and drive business growth.
Support the team leader in sales activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations for CRM-related projects.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on clientโs sales, marketing, and customer service processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop innovative ideas and insights to help clients design their future CRM strategy and digital customer experience roadmap.
Support CRM system implementation and configuration (Salesforce), ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with clientโs business goals.
Collaborate with clients from diverse industries such as retail, manufacturing, financial services, and technology to deliver customized CRM solutions.
Work closely with internal and client-side teams to ensure successful project delivery, user training, and post-implementation support.
Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (reputable university is a plus).
Business level in English.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant or pre-sales specialist for Salesforce serving enterprise clients.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Solid understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.
Good research and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
