Qualifications

Background education minimum S-1 Psychology/Law/Management Human Resource/equivalent

Have experience min 3 years as Supervisor HRD in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority

Strong knowledge and experience in

developing KPIs

and managing performance evaluation processes.

Understand the rules of General Affair duties and responsibility

Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Excellent Ms. Office (familiar with HRIS)

In-depth understanding of

Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations , Tax and general HR practices.

Good leadership, problem solving

Good analytical, planning & communication

Job Description

Execute the recruitment and selection process based on organizational needs.

Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen and interview candidates, facilitate onboarding, and support the performance management system.

Manage and maintain accurate employee data and records (attendance, leave, transfer, promotion, etc.), contract, BPJS, PPh 21.

Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various job levels and conduct regular evaluations.

Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance improvement initiatives.

Handle employee relations issues and act as a bridge between management and employees.

Design and coordinate employee training, competency development, and career path programs.

Handle GA operations: office supplies, facility maintenance, legal documents.
