Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related is required Minimum 5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager especially in manufacturing Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and financial reporting Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Have a good work ethic, fast learning and able to work under pressure Willing to be placed in Plant - Bogor, Jawa Barat Tasks & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance Department include taxation process. Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations on a regular basis. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing valuable insights to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting. Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and relevant regulations. Supervise and guide the accounting team, providing training, feedback and support as needed. Monitor and review financial transactions to identify discrepancies, errors and areas for improvement. Support external audits by providing required documentation and explanations to auditors.
