Our Client , an impact-driven AgTech SaaS company building transparent and inclusive global agri-commodity supply chains. Their platform helps procurement and sustainability teams verify field data against regulatory and voluntary sustainability frameworks — shifting decision-making from guesswork to evidence-based risk mitigation.

We are looking for a

Senior Product Manager

to lead the vision and strategy for a core product system responsible for running proprietary methodologies across complex tabular and geospatial datasets.

What You’ll Own: Define and drive product vision and roadmap for a technically complex system Lead end-to-end product discovery (user interviews, analytics, domain input, JTBD) Translate complex regulatory and geospatial requirements into clear, buildable product requirements Decompose large initiatives into structured, executable increments Own backlog prioritization and success metrics Act as the bridge between Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders Ensure commercial alignment and measurable customer/business impact Enable Sales & Customer Success ahead of releases

Must-Have Requirements: We are specifically looking for someone who demonstrates: 5+ years as a Product Manager

in technically complex environments Experience owning

product strategy and roadmap

(not just delivery execution) Strong background in

engineering, system analysis, or technical business analysis Proven experience working with

backend, data, or platform teams Experience in

B2B SaaS Exceptional, structured verbal communication (senior-level English fluency is essential) Ability to independently lead initiatives without heavy mentoring Strong stakeholder management in remote, cross-cultural teams Demonstrated use of

data and user research

to drive decisions Comfort operating in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments High ownership, proactive mindset, and strong initiative

This role requires a Senior PM who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and operate autonomously.

Good-to-Have: Candidates with the following experience will stand out: Experience in

regulated industries

(e.g., fintech, compliance-heavy domains) Experience working on

complex platforms or integrations Exposure to

geospatial, GIS, or map-based products Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technically complex products
