For more than 25 years, we have been developing and promoting high-quality products for health and beauty, including nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional drinks, and personal care products. Today, we are actively expanding our Research & Development direction and looking for an experienced

R&D Manager

to join our team remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities: Generating new product ideas and creating comprehensive product dossiers Searching for, analyzing, and selecting new contract manufacturers Identifying new formulations and ingredients; monitoring and analyzing global trends in dietary supplements Managing projects for products under development, including collecting and reviewing raw material documentation Preparing projects for handover to the development department Building a strong scientific information field around products (organizing and supporting clinical trials, contributing to scientific articles in cooperation with leading scientific organizations) Collaborating with the Scientific Advisory Board (USA)

We Are Looking For: Relevant education (Chemistry, Biology, Nutraceuticals or related field) Experience in innovation (dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, pharma, or biology/chemistry-related industries) Experience in scientific product development (dietary supplements and cosmetics are a strong advantage) Experience working with scientific literature and writing articles for national journals Product launch experience (a strong plus) English – Intermediate level or higher Russian – a plus
