Service Engineer ( Mechanical )

Responsibilities

Provide in house and outdoor service support and repair

Assess customer's return unit and provide cost estimation for service

Investigate / assess and verify customer warranty claims

Organize and maintain proper housekeeping at the electronics service workshop include all tools / equipment and parts

Provide product training to customers

Other tasks assigned by immediate superior as deem fit
