Senior Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive inventory control policies and procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor and forecast inventory needs, identifying trends and potential shortages. Conduct thorough and regular stock audits, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate order fulfillment, negotiating terms and optimizing supply chain efficiency. Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization to improve operational efficiency and reduce storage costs. Lead, train, and mentor inventory staff to uphold best practices and improve overall team performance. Work cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and production teams to align inventory goals with business objectives. Develop and generate detailed reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging inventory management technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements: 5–8 years of experience

in inventory management, with proven experience in inventory management, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong grasp of inventory strategies for

high SKU churn

and

daily fulfillment models. In-depth knowledge of inventory control principles, warehouse operations, and supply chain management best practices. Experience working with ERP/WMS systems and familiarity with FIFO/FEFO methodologies. Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and adapt quickly to demand fluctuations. Comfortable working in

fast-paced, tech-enabled logistics environments

with daily dispatch and replenishment cycles.
