We are seeking an
Application Specialist
to join a leading medical technology organization specializing in advanced surgical, radiosurgery, and digital operating room solutions. In this highly customer-facing role, you will bridge clinical practice and innovative technology by supporting physicians and healthcare teams in the effective use of surgical and radiotherapy systems.
You will play a critical role in ensuring successful product implementation, providing technical and clinical application support, and strengthening partnerships with healthcare professionals and distributors across the region.

The Role
1. Clinical Application Support & Technical Expertise
Provide on-site and remote clinical application support to physicians, surgeons, and hospital personnel to ensure optimal use of surgical and radiosurgery systems. Troubleshoot technical and workflow-related issues while ensuring smooth system performance.
2. Training & Product Education
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and hands‑on training sessions for clinicians, hospital staff, and partners to improve product knowledge and enhance clinical adoption.
3. System Installation & Workflow Integration
Support system installations, software updates, and configuration processes while ensuring seamless integration into hospital clinical workflows and treatment environments.
4. Customer Engagement & Clinical Collaboration
Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and medical physicists during clinical procedures and treatments to ensure proper product utilization and optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with distributors by providing product training, technical guidance, and support during pre‑sales activities including customer meetings, product evaluations, and clinical presentations.
Gather insights on key surgeons, treatment centers, and competitor activities to support strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and regional business growth.
7. Industry Engagement & Knowledge Development
Participate in industry conferences, medical congresses, and symposia while continuously enhancing product knowledge through ongoing training and self‑learning.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related technical or healthcare discipline
Certification or academic background in
Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, or Radiation Therapy
is an advantage
1–2 years of experience
supporting surgical or radiotherapy technologies within hospitals or medical device companies (experience in both areas is highly desirable)
Strong technical troubleshooting and clinical application support capabilities
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Strong communication and training skills with the ability to interact confidently with healthcare professionals
Willingness to
travel extensively to hospitals and customer sites
Fluency in
English and Bahasa Indonesia
