Role Profile

Manage regional customer relationships and drive growth through proactive lead generation and conversion.

Upsell to existing customers, handle escalations, and recommend product improvements.

Travel regionally to align operations and strengthen engagement.

Collaborate with marketing to build campaigns, expand the prospect database, and exceed sales targets.

Report to Line Manager and adopt a strategic approach to business development.

Responsibilities

Follow up inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities.

Generate cold calls from external sources.

Profile strategic accounts, identify key stakeholders, research requirements, and present solutions.

Schedule product demos for eZee Products/Services.

Visit local properties as needed.

Maintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM.

Prepare sales reports and statistics.

Key Competencies

Sales Expertise : 2+ years in hospitality tech or SaaS sales.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Lead Generation & Conversion : Identify qualified leads and close opportunities.

Communication Skills : Professional verbal & written communication in English and regional languages.

CRM Proficiency : Use CRM tools for tracking and reporting.

Time Management & Multitasking : Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Passion for sales and 2+ years of sales experience.

Strong communication skills.

Fluency in English and regional languages.

Technical aptitude and excitement for new technology.

Excellent phone presence and ability to engage prospects.

Hospitality/Hotel tech or SaaS sales experience.

Positive, outgoing attitude with high sense of urgency.

Access to personal vehicle, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
