Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Manager - Content Strategy, you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key responsibilities include content ideation, developing influencer campaign strategies, analyzing market trends, overseeing content creation, and team collaboration to drive successful marketing campaigns.

Qualifications Expertise in Content Strategy, Marketing, and Content Marketing Proficiency in Research, Content Creation, and Campaign Planning Strong skills in Editing, Proofreading, and Quality Control Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategies, and Influencer Marketing Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead teams effectively Familiarity with the influencer marketing ecosystem in the Indonesian market is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
