Account Executive

Role Description An Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by maintaining and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery Handle client inquiries, complaints, and negotiations professionally Coordinate with internal departments (creative, finance, production, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Have any experience in creative or production 1-2 years (preferable) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills Basic understanding of sales and client servicing Able to work independently as well as in a team Detail-oriented and well-organized Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Willing to learn, proactive, and target-oriented Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
