Responsibilities
Conduct and regularly update competitive research, identifying market trends, product updates, and user engagement strategies.
Prepare clear, structured reports to communicate findings and actionable recommendations.
Lead content iteration for chatbot and robo‑call scripts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness in user communication.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand campaign objectives and contribute to impactful messaging development.
Support localization efforts by ensuring communication styles align with local market preferences.
Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in user operations, customer engagement, marketing, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality, accurate deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of turning research findings into clear, actionable reports.
Experience with chatbot/robocall script development and user engagement tools.
Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred for cross‑border collaboration.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
