Placement: Surabaya, Indonesia We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Executive to develop partnerships with schools and educational institutions. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys field work, building strong client relationships, and closing partnership opportunities in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential school partners including high schools, universities, and educational institutions Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the company’s programs and services Build and maintain strong relationships with school representatives and decision makers Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting to closing partnerships Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client visits Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up with prospective clients Achieve sales and partnership targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership implementation

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related field 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships Experience in the education, training, or service-based industry is highly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented Professional and confident in meeting clients Willing to conduct field visits and be placed in Surabaya

Preferred: Experience working with educational institutions or school clients Strong relationship-building skills Familiar with CRM tools Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
