Job Description
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
Conduct regular B2B training sessions for the Sales Team to enhance their selling capabilities.
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify skill gaps and align training with the company's sales strategies.
Support the Sales team by joining client presentations when additional expertise or training reinforcement is needed.
Continuously update B2B training materials to ensure they reflect the latest market conditions and company strategy.
Develop and maintain up-to-date product comparisons to assist the sales team.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and follow-up training as needed to reinforce skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer and Sales Representative.
Prior experience creating training module/syllabus.
Familiarity with Training Need Analysis (TNA) or ADDIE framework.
Prior experience in B2B sales or working within a B2Bโfocused company is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, especially in B2B environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training modules tailored to the sales team's needs.
Strong organizational and timeโmanagement skills.
Capability to work crossโfunctionally with sales and product teams.
Willingness to travel or support sales presentations when needed.
