Head Of Tax

Work Description Job description:

Responsible for calculating corporate taxes and working on tax issues (PPH and VAT).

Responsible for tax reporting to the tax service office.

Ensure that the Company's Tax Report is completed on time.

Identify tax problems and propose solutions.

Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects.

Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Qualification Requirements:

Age between 38 – 45 years

Education S1 Accounting

Minimum 10 years experience in the same position: Head Of Tax, GM Tax or Senior Manager Tax, especially in multi‑branched FMCG and/or hospitality companies or handle multiple company (Group/Corporate).

Mastering tax regulations and calculations

Having worked in Tax Consultant office is more profitable

Strong accounting, analytical and research skills

Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations

Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements

Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other tax team members

Ability to work well independently as well as with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives

Honest, thorough, responsible and diligent
