Overseas Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) Overseas Sales Manager (Indonesia) - Mandarin Speaker

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Proven sales experience; experience in building materials sales is preferred.

Preferably experienced in channel sales (retail & wholesale) for building materials, especially those who have handled similar brands/products (e.g., No Drop, Aquaproof, Sika, or equivalent).

Able to drive; owning a personal vehicle is a plus.

Willing to travel for short to mid-term business trips and ready to be assigned/relocated and reside in the designated area.

Job Description:

Target & Strategy

Break down company targets into city/area-level targets.

Develop sales execution plans and key activities to achieve targets.

Develop large projects (SOEs/government/municipal/industrial), build a pipeline, and manage opportunities from initiation to closing.

Coordinate with owners (甲方), main contractors (总包), subcontractors (分包), and relevant stakeholders to drive tendering, bidding, and winning.

Manage pre-project stages: technical requirements, design/BOQ, and early communication to ensure project readiness (project landing).

Open new markets through recruitment of channel partners/distributors/wholesalers, while maintaining and developing existing channels.

Expand the network of sales points/outlets (网点开发) and run channel promotion programs (B/C-end promotion) to increase sell-in and sell-out.

Plan and execute 招商 / roadshow / training activities to improve channel coverage and loyalty.

Customer & Stakeholder Relationship

Maintain strategic relationships with owners, contractors, consultants/designers, and key channel accounts.

Deepen cooperation and explore new customer scenarios/opportunities.

Product & Technical Support

Promote product solutions and provide technical support.

Provide application/installation guidance and support on-site issue resolution to ensure delivery quality and protect company reputation.

Market & Competitor Insight

Gather market intelligence: industry trends, competitors, and project information.

Produce simple analyses to support strategy improvements and strengthen brand awareness.

Commercial, Contract & Collection

Manage commercial processes: negotiation, contracts, and order execution.

Coordinate delivery/fulfillment and accounts receivable (AR) collection to maintain cash flow and minimize risk.
