Role Overview We are looking for a

hands-on Senior Digital Marketing,

SEO & AI Visibility Manager to own our global organic visibility, analytics foundation, and SEO first website backend execution.

This is a role entails full ownership across

strategy and execution . The role is explicitly SEMrush led and WordPress based. Candidates must demonstrate modern SEO capability that spans traditional Google search and emerging AI/LLM discovery.

This role will also support the backend build and SEO architecture of our new website, working alongside internal content ownership and an external visual designer.

Key Responsibilities 1. Global SEO & AI Visibility Program 2. Measurement & Analytics Foundation 3. Keyword & Search Strategy (Google + AI) 4. SEO & AI Search Visibility Enablement (Execution) 5. Website Backend & SEO Architecture (WordPress) 6. Executive Dashboards & Reporting Cadence 7. Competitor Visibility & Share of Voice Tracking 8. Sales & Marketing Alignment and Attribution

Qualifications and Experience Must Have 5+ years hands on SEO and digital marketing experience Deep SEMrush expertise (keywords, SOV, audits, competitors, reporting) Strong technical SEO fundamentals Practical GA4 setup and attribution experience Experience supporting WordPress backend builds Clear, professional spoken and written English Ability to operate independently and own outcomes Demonstrated skill beyond data collection and into strategy development and execution Experience building executive dashboards Experience adapting SEO for AI/LLM discovery
