What you’ll do:
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly long-haul & bigger vehicle (5-ton upwards) order metrics
Build and maintain a reliable driver pool specialized in long-haul & bigger vehicle (5-ton upward) orders
Identify supply gaps for long-distance routes and proactively activate drivers to cover upcoming demand
Work closely with Demand / Business Development teams to forecast large or upcoming long-haul & bigger vehicle (5-ton upwards) orders to ensure & secure driver readiness in advance
Initiate driver engagement initiatives such as: (targeted communication, incentives, or campaigns) to improve long-haul & bigger vehicle (5-ton upwards) order response rate / fulfillment
Track driver performance and provide regular insights and recommendations to improve supply reliability
What we seek:
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Strong analytical thinking & having problem-solving mindset to identify operational issues and act quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment with daily performance targets
Proactive and execution-driven, able to respond quickly to supply-demand gaps.
What you’ll need :
Graduate from reputable university majoring in management, operations or any related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply management, or marketplace platforms, preferably from a startup company
Experience managing driver/partner communities or supply-side operations is a strong advantage
Good communication skills in English
Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
