Responsibilities

Tracking and ensuring fulfillment of requests from existing vendors

Monitors vendor operations and performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Measuring and evaluating supplier performance based on data provided by Operations team

Carry out corrective action plan for suppliers that are under-performing and tracking their progress

Requirements

Holds Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; MBA holder is a plus

Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply chain or Vendor Management; experience in Logistics industry is a plus

Understanding of express logistics, market situation and ability to measure and evaluate vendor performance

Exceptional management, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting under tight deadlines

Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
