Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Develop and execute successful business acquisition strategies across Corporate, MICE, and Inbound segments

Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative sales solutions and enhance customer satisfaction

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Create and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients

Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members

Forecast sales projections and develop strategies to meet or exceed goals

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of progressive sales management experience with a proven track record of success

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth across Corporate, MICE, and Inbound segments

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Strategic thinking and analytical skills for effective planning and forecasting

Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets

Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
