B2B Lead Hunter – Building Materials (Insect Screen Industry)
We are a fast-growing company in the insect screen (mosquito net), serving residential, commercial, and industrial markets across Indonesia.
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Lead Hunter who thrives on opening new doors, securing new accounts, and building strong business relationships in the construction and property sector.

Key Responsibilities
Actively identify and acquire new B2B clients
Develop new accounts in segments such as:
Property developers
Contractors
Architects & consultants
Hotels & apartments
Conduct cold calls, cold visits, and prospecting activities
Deliver compelling product presentations to decision-makers
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
Prospecting and securing first-orders from B2B clients according to minimum targets.
Handling negotiation processes until first-order closure.
Collaborating with the internal team for second-order follow-up; ensuring client handover to the account team after onboarding.
Manage and report sales pipeline & forecasting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
B2B Sales (preferably in related industries)
Business Development
New Business Acquisition
Experience selling building materials, aluminum systems, facade products, doors/windows, or construction-related products is highly preferred
Having/being accustomed to managing a client database is an added value.
Skills
Strong hunter mentality with proven track record in acquiring new clients
Experienced in cold calling and field prospecting
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Familiar with CRM systems (a plus)
Able to understand basic project drawings (preferred)
Education
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
Base salary:
IDR 8 – 12 million per month (based on experience & track record)
Performance bonus on quarterly
Transportation & communication allowance (if applicable)
