Medical Referral Department Head What You'll Do: Develop and establish new partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare service providers. Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with healthcare partners. Prepare and submit regular visit reports. Achieve and be accountable for individual revenue targets. Conduct target mapping and market analysis to identify potential referral sources. Perform other hospital-related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Ensure service standards are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For: Medical Doctor (MD) degree required; Master of Hospital Administration (MARS) or Master of Management is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare background, preferably in a referral role. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and professional appearance. Target-oriented with strong achievement motivation. Willing to be placed at Bandung area.
