Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role As a Digital Marketing Specialist at PT Simbadda Group Indonesia, you will play a key role in driving the company's online marketing strategy and campaigns. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading marketing and communications organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, and the company website

Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data to inform optimisation and future strategy

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to enhance the company's online presence

Support the execution of content marketing initiatives, including the creation and distribution of engaging content

Assist in the management of the company's social media channels, including content curation, community engagement, and campaign monitoring

What we're looking for

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various online channels and strategies

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop and execute engaging campaigns

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
