HR Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates

Manage employee relations, including addressing employee issues and resolving conflicts

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees

Coordinate employee training and development programs

Calculate payroll for all employee

Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws

Handle employee complaints and grievances

Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field

2 years of experience in HR Supervisor, F&B or Outsource field

Strong knowledge of HR regulations and laws

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office
