Tax Staff

About the role PT Masco Energi' is seeking a Tax Staff to join our team on a contract basis in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax accounting and regular reporting to support the company's strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

Preparing, filling, and reporting regular tax report such as PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 4 (2), and PPn

Create and Maintaining monthly to annual fiscal financial statement

Assisting in the preparation of commercial financial statements and tax provisions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's tax-related processes and procedures are efficient and effective

Providing tax advisory services to internal stakeholders, including guidance on tax implications of business transactions

Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicating their impact to the organisation

Supporting tax audits and liaising with tax authorities as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Brevet A & B License

Minimum 3 years of experience in tax accounting or advisory roles, preferably in the construction company

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations

Proficient in tax compliance and reporting processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
