Position: Front Desk Agent (DW) Female Requirements Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality. Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficient in using hotel management software and basic computer applications. Ability to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
