Bachelor's Degree of Accounting Have a minimum 4 years of working experiences as Process Excellence, preferably in retail or in start-up company Prior experience of working as auditor is a plus Able to adapt in a fast paced environment and fast growing company A problem solver, good team player, and able to work under pressure Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and analytical skill Proficient in Ms. Office Responsibilities

Perform the business process assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend process development Establish, implement, and monitor Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for all business processes Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in process designs Maintain clear and effective communication with cross division during process development lifecycle Provide guidance and training related to the new SOP or new business process implementation that has developed Why Scarlett Indonesia?
