Major Tasks & Responsibilities
Ensures both individual and squad outcomes/sales targets are achieved; drives team performance even when individual goals have already been achieved.
Plan, organize and implement sales plan together with other squad members ensure to defined KPIs are achieved.
Develop relevant knowledge, data and expertise that are relevant for and of value to customers.
Understand customersโ needs/approaches to ensure a differentiated approach and develop strong relationships with customers.
Gather market / competitive data and anticipate customers trends and capture them using Bayerโs systems.
Support implementation of product stewardship and management of customer product complaints.
Provide appreciative feedback to each other to help each other grow and develop, and to help the team to learn and thrive.
Skills & Requirement
Education: University degree preferably in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection).
Experiences in sales/marketing with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Crop Protection industry.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Work independently, without manager supervision.
Proactively take accountability and have complete ownership of results.
Moderate skills in English as advantage.
