Core Requirements Ability to capture and analyze user and system requirements Ability to create BPMN diagrams Ability to create UML diagrams Proficient in using Figma and other UI/UX design tools Strong technical writing skills (requirements, design documents, user guides, presentations) Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)

Additional Requirements Placement: Karawang Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00–16:45 (with overtime allowance) Dedicated and fixed manpower Laptop and required software tools will be provided by BSIN Uniform, including safety shoes, will be provided by the vendor
