AI Engineers, ML Engineers and Data Scientists

who have shipped models into production - not purely experimental or research profiles.

The Environment

Large-scale structured and unstructured datasets Enterprise AI platform build (not legacy maintenance) Cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Architecture and Business Combination of classic ML, deep learning and Gen AI initiatives

You Will

Design, build and deploy machine learning models into live production environments Develop scalable ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring) Engineer feature stores and optimised data workflows Deploy models via APIs, batch or streaming architecture Implement MLOps frameworks (CI/CD, versioning, retraining automation, drift detection) Work on high-impact use cases such as churn prediction, personalisation, optimisation and AI-driven automation Contribute to model governance, explainability and risk controls

Generative AI & LLM Initiatives

Design and deploy enterprise LLM applications (internal copilots, automation tools, knowledge assistants) Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems Evaluate open-source LLMs and fine-tuning approaches Establish prompt engineering and evaluation standards Ensure safe and responsible enterprise AI deployment

Core Technical Requirements

Strong Python and production-level coding standards Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn Proven experience deploying ML models into production Experience working with large datasets in distributed environments Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP or Azure) Docker / containerisation experience Understanding of model lifecycle management and monitoring

For senior candidates:

Experience architecting ML systems in enterprise environments Ability to lead model design decisions and technical standards Mentoring or leading AI engineers / data scientists Srong business translation capability
