We have several product brands that have received SUPER BRAND and TOP BRAND awards consecutively from 2015 to 2025, including: Sleep Spa, Spring Air, Comforta, Therapedic, SuperFit, and ISleep. We have over 2,500 employees spread across our 24 plants throughout Indonesia.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university, with good academic record.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition.

Experience in full‑life cycle sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for our organisation.

Experience with social media, CV databases, and professional networks to proactively source candidates.

Strong knowledge in Psychological Tools and Scoring Test (having experience in Assessment Process would be an advantage).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Self‑driven and can work well under a tight schedule.

Willing to work at the Head Office (Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta).

Job Description

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, including but not limited to building relationships with universities or academic institutions, if necessary.

Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using networks and other recruitment channels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and requirements.

Coordinate with all related departments to ensure all data is accurately entered into the system (Internal program/HRIS) and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all onboarding activities.

Monitor and track the progress of new hires through their onboarding journey, ensuring they complete all required trainings and tasks.

Provide recruitment metrics and data‑driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Involve in any projects such as Employer Branding activities.

Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
