Ecommerce & Affiliate Marketing Specialist About the role This full-time Ecommerce & Affiliate Marketing Specialist presents an excellent opportunity to drive the company's online sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive ecommerce & marketplace plans to elevate the company's digital presence and accelerate revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to grow online sales and traffic across various platforms

Manage the company's ecommerce channels, including website, online marketplaces, and social media

Manage & grow affiliate in marketplaces

Analyze website data, customer behaviour, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging content and digital campaigns

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce team, including task delegation and performance management

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize the ecommerce strategy

What we're looking for

Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in ecommerce management or digital marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry

Min 3 years experience in managing marketplace, ads & live streaming in social media platforms (shopee, tokopedia, tiktok, etc)

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tactics, ads, and online consumer behaviour

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising strategies

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
