Gymnastics Coach

Develop short-term (weekly) and long-term (yearly) training plans according to athletes' developmental needs.

Train basic to advanced techniques in various branches of gymnastics, including artistic, rhythmic and trampoline gymnastics.

Identify athletes' potential and design individual and group skill development programs.

Ensure athletes' safety during training sessions and competitions by implementing strict safety standards.

Supervise warm-up and cool-down activities and consistently implement injury prevention strategies.

Provide constructive feedback to encourage technical improvement and motivate athletes to continue to improve.

Prepare athletes for competition and provide technical and assistance during the competition.

Evaluate athletes' performance on a regular basis and compile progress reports as a basis for making subsequent training decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum D3 / S1 education in Sports Education or other relevant fields.

In-depth mastery of gymnastics techniques, along with an understanding of sports pedagogy and early to advanced athlete development.

Able to teach athletes of various age-groups, including baby classes with appropriate approaches.
