Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project execution, with at least 2 years in a dedicated QA Lead or UAT Lead role.

Proven experience in Insurance Sector.

Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Expertise in test case development, test planning, and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM)

Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical/testing concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa.
