Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 23 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or lifestyle. Strong knowledge of branding, consumer behavior, and beauty market trends. Experience in digital marketing and influencer/KOL management preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in project management. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with analytics tools and social media platforms is a plus.
