Senior Pelaksana Proyek Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience in project execution or site supervision within construction, renovation, or property development projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Excellent coordination skills with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Good communication and reporting skills.

Able to monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and meet deadlines.

Flexible, proactive, and willing to work on-site as needed.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.
