Sales Executive Residential (Metland Cibitung) Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Has experience on Property Industry or Landed Housing is a PLUS

Good in communication skill

Good an interpersonal skills and attitude.

Have good knowledge in Sales Property.

Good knowledge of online marketing and handling social media for business (Instagram, Facebook, etc) will be an advantage.

Required Skill(s): Good appearance, Mature personality, Good interpersonal skills, Problem-solving skills, Disciplined, Energetic and Target oriented.

Able to multi-task and demonstrate experience in sales planning.

Focus and self-driven to achieve sales goal.

Job Description:

Conduct sales of the property product.

Maintain database of the customers/consumers.

Assist Sales Marketing Manager for price quotation and presentation slides to client.

Building strong relationship with clients.

Report sales activities (daily, weekly and monthly).

Monthly achievement of the sales target.
