TheidealcandidateisfluentinMandarinandEnglish,hasexperiencesupportingseniorexecutivesorBoardofDirectors,andiscomfortablemanagingcomplexprojectsinafast-paced,dynamicenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

ProvidedirectexecutivesupporttotheCEOindailyoperationsandstrategicmatters.

Coordinateandmonitorkeycompanyprojects,ensuringtimelyexecutionandreporting.

ActasliaisonbetweenCEOandinternaldepartments,externalpartners,andgovernmentinstitutions.

Prepareexecutivereports,presentations,andbusinessdocumentationinMandarinandEnglish.

AttendmeetingswithCEO,takeminutes,andfollowuponactionitems.

ManageCEO’sschedule,priorities,andconfidentialmatterswithdiscretion.

Supportbusinessexpansioninitiativesandcross-bordercommunicationwhenrequired.

AssistinpreparingmaterialsforBoardofDirectorsandseniormanagementmeetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’sDegreeinBusiness,Management,InternationalRelations,Law,orrelatedfield.

FluentinMandarinandEnglish(writtenandspoken)– mandatory .

Minimum3–5yearsofexperienceasExecutiveAssistant,PersonalAssistanttoCEO,orAssistanttoBoardofDirectors.

Experiencehandlingstrategicprojectsandcross-departmentcoordination.

Exposuretogovernmentinstitutions ,licensingprocesses,orregulatoryaffairsishighlypreferred.

Strongunderstandingofbusinessstructureandexecutiveworkflow.

Excellentorganizational,communication,andanalyticalskills.

Highlevelofprofessionalism,confidentiality,andintegrity.

Proactive,structured,andabletoworkunderpressure.
