Finance Accounting Tax

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or other related fields.

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and taxation (preferably within the distribution, manufacturing, or service industry).

Solid understanding of Indonesian financial accounting standards (SAK) and taxation regulations.

Ability to prepare monthly and annual financial reports accurately and on time.

Proficient in financial transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.

Experienced in utilizing accounting software.

Understanding of tax reporting processes (VAT, Income Tax 21, 23, 25, 4(2)) and e-filing or e-invoicing.

Brevet A and B certification is a plus.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Financial Reporting, Chart of Accounts, and Financial Controlling tools.

Good communication skills, especially in coordinating with external parties (vendors, auditors, and tax consultants).

Accustomed to working under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.

Ability to systematically manage financial and tax document archives.

Responsibilities

Compiling documents and processing client invoices, including issuance of tax invoices.

Recording and monitoring business credit and managing collections.

Managing the payment process and ensuring accurate and timely recording of business debts.

Reconciling and verifying all financial transactions (income and expenses).

Supporting the monthly closing process and preparation of financial reports.

Ensuring all transactions comply with the budget, company policies, and accounting standards.

Preparing and filing monthly and annual tax returns.
