Information Technology Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Forecasting, Planning & Analysis Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Provide solution recommendations based on business needs and system capabilities.

Perform historical data migration and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Conduct system integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Act as a bridge between business users and the technology team for all system and data‑related matters.

Work closely with project teams to ensure project delivery stays on track and meets agreed timelines.

Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience working in IT as a Business Analyst.

Good understanding of insurance business processes.

Experience in value‑added insurance will be an advantage.

Strong experience with relational and multidimensional databases, including data integration and transformation.

Able to create mockups using Figma.

Able to design sequence diagrams and ER diagrams using Draw.io or similar tools.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Able to adapt in a fast‑moving and changing environment.
