Overview

Investor Relation & Corporate Secretary Supervisor role to liaise between the Soechi Group Holding and its subsidiaries, shareholders, Financial Service Authority, Indonesian Stock Exchanges, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with OJK and IDX regulations and disclosures. Responsibilities

Prepare regulatory reports and Investor Relations presentations (PPT) based on financial analysis Support corporate actions, board and committee meetings, including minutes of meeting Manage corporate documents and regulatory administration Support internal divisions related to third-party activities (events, exhibitions) and company website updates to ensure OJK compliance Plan and monitor team budget utilization Support and participate in CSR programs, willing to travel to remote areas Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Familiar with OJK & IDX regulations and Annual Report preparation Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare Investor Relations materials Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Able to prepare meeting minutes for internal (BOD, BOC, Committees) and external meetings (Investors, Analysts, Regulators) Additional questions
