Coal Handling Technician (Mechanical Maintenance)
Perform all regular, planned, and unscheduled maintenance as directed by the Supervisor and in accordance with the mechanical Coal and Ash maintenance method and instructions;
Perform routine function tests on all mechanical rotating parts/equipment in the Coal and Ash Area in accordance with the standards needed,
particularly the coal unloading crane and conveyor;
Perform routine function tests on all mechanical rotating parts/equipment in the Coal and Ash Area, as well as any other standard required
Conduct periodic maintenance checks to identify and report the condition of equipment and system defects
During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into a database
Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety & environment rule implementation
Conduct and maintain high standard for Coal and Ash maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern
Fullfill check sheet completely and in correct manner of maintenance routine inspection work;
Follow of routine daily safety and technical tool box meeting before Work Order (WO) is distributed to technicians
Conduct on site coordination and communication with operation and other maintenance sections to rectify complex problem
Inform to Supervisor related with site fault finding, contractor/CPS maintenance work progress, repair and testing result, repair method, man hours, etc.
Participate to implement the policy of quality, safety & health and environment within the company.
Mechanical equipment within Coal and Ash Area including:
Belt Conveyor and Crusher System
SSDC and Bottom Ash System
ESP System
Fly Ash Loading and Unloading System
Requirements:
Minimum Senior Technical High School (STM) majoring in Mechanical engineering graduated from accredited school, but Diploma or Bachelor Degree will be preferred
Experience with coal unloading crane and conveyor maintenance is envisioned
Must be able to climb at least fifty (50) feet of ladder to access scaffolding, platforms and other operational areas
Ability to remain alert during extended working hours
Having Basic English and computer (MS Office) skill is advantage
Understand in Power Plant basic process;
Having high safety concern
Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
