About Digital Marketing We are searching for a highly‑creative digital marketer to be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s reach and influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, an outstanding communicator, and someone with excellent interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the effective development of digital platforms, managing all aspects of the eCommerce digital strategy, planning, content strategy, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, etc.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Experience running optimized Google and Facebook Campaigns.

Good eCommerce content writer in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Track the website traffic flow.

What You Will Need

3+ years of related work experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, product marketing, or related fields.

Experience with B2B & B2C eCommerce depending on your focus.

Extensive knowledge of eCommerce, digital technology, and sophisticated analytics and business development.

Candidates without eCommerce experience will not be considered for this opportunity.

Proven working experience in digital marketing.

Adequate knowledge of web design, HTML, and CSS.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Information Systems, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
