Handle End-to-end Human Resources Function For Head Office Manage The HR Team Located On Site Communicating Closely With Top Management On company Policies, Values, And Cultures Managing Processes Of Human Resources To Ensure Productive Function And Organization Handle And Manage The GA Function For Site Requirement

Minimum of 10 years of experiences in human resources function, 5 years within managerial level Previous experiences in Coal Mining companies, especially within Kalimantan sites Proven experiences in setting up HR structures and function, from MPP to KPI Willing to work fully from office in Tangerang area Good communciations and negotiation skills, able to engage with both top management and site personnels
